Xcelsius Q&A

QUESTION:
Have you noticed that sometimes when using a progress bar you are unable to change the settings on the “Progress Movement?”  That it will appear grayed out?

ANSWER:
This is due to selecting a cell for the Data in the “General” tab where no values are currently populated. Click here to view full tech tip...

Crystal Reports Q&A

QUESTION:
I have a standard calculation/formula that I am using in multiple reports. The calculation has changed and now I have to make modifications and retest all the reports. Is there a process by which the change can be made in one location and propagate throughout the reports?

ANSWER:
Yes. This can be done through the use of a custom function stored in the BusinessObjects Enterprise repository.
