Cancellation, no – show, rescheduling and refund processes
InfoSol public training cancellations and rescheduling
InfoSol public training cancellations and rescheduling will be processed by
calling our registration department directly at (623) 707-7600 ext. 100 or
email to education@infosol.com with name, company name, phone number, class
date and title along with your desired action (cancellation or reschedule).
InfoSol will confirm all cancellations or rescheduling requests by e-mail. If
the customer does not receive a confirmation of cancellation or rescheduling
within three (3) business days of the request, the customer should call (623)
707-7600 ext. 100 to reconfirm. Financial responsibility remains with the
customer for all class fees unless a proper cancellation or rescheduling
request is received and confirmed by InfoSol prior to the start of the class.
If you are crossing the U.S. border to attend a training class, be aware of the
destination government's customs regulations and services. If you are refused
entry the standard cancellation charges will apply.
The following classroom cancellation and rescheduling fee schedule applies:
