- Select ‘Sign up’
- Complete the sign up form and select ‘Register’
- You will receive a confirmation email
- If you do not receive the confirmation email please check your spam folder and move the email back to your inbox.
- Select the link in the confirmation email to complete the registration process
- Sign into http://help.infosol.com

If you have a ticket open in our old system (support.infosol.com), that ticket will be migrated to the new system. If you require access to history from closed tickets in the old system, please open a new ticket at http://help.infosol.com with the request.
