Ex Business Objects CTO, Donald MacCormick, to Deliver Keynote at IBIS 2014

Business Intelligence visionary and Xcelsius dashboard evangelist, Donald MacCormick will be delivering what promises to be a fascinating keynote address at this year’s InfoSol Business Intelligence Seminar (IBIS).  His topic entitled “The Biggest BI Mistake of the Past 20 Years and How to Fix It” drives right to the heart of the current obsession of the BI industry with big data and data discovery tools.

Donald MacCormick is a well-known celebrity in the BusinessObjects community.  When he was CTO at BusinessObjects, prior to the acquisition by SAP, he was known for his passionate and entertaining presentations including his infamous “building a connected Xcelsius dashboard live on stage in less than 60 seconds.”  Donald is also a deft juggler!

Today, Donald continues to evangelize about the power and possibilities of BI as Chief Product and Strategy Officer for Antivia.
