OOPS – Our support site moved but some people “can’t get there from here”

There are still days when you try and go to support.infosol.com which is supposed to redirect to help.infosol.com but somehow the road is under construction and if feels like “you can’t get there from here”.

You may even get a page like this one:

That’s because after many many years of hosting our own custom support site, we decided to go with Freshdesk.  The folks there have been awesome and we believe that you will love our new helpdesk.

Here’s how you can Register 

• Browse to http://help.infosol.com
• Select ‘Sign up’
• Complete the sign up form and select ‘Register’
• You will receive a confirmation email
• If you do not receive the confirmation email please check your spam folder and move the email back to your inbox.
• Select the link in the confirmation email to complete the registration process
• Sign into http://help.infosol.com
