Well the 2020 decade has certainly got off to an unexpected and challenging start. These are unprecedented times and we have never been more unsure about the future which is why Business Intelligence is more important than ever.
As we struggle to recover, reorganize and possibly pivot our organizations and systems, we will need to use our BI tools in ways we have never done before.
In the 2008 Financial crisis, the organizations that used BI effectively fared much better than those that did not. I remember working with companies back then to use their existing BusinessObjects tools to make strategic decisions that enabled them to save money when they had no money to spend.
Both then and now, making creative and effective use of the BI tools in place is essential. There is no time or budgets to implement new BI tools in a crisis. For many organizations that will mean leveraging BusinessObjects to its full potential. The good news here is that BusinessObjects has tons of functionality and potential that, for the most part, is underutilized.
The even better news is that a brand new and exciting version of BusinessObjects, BI 4.3, is due to be released next month and will certainly become the BusinessObjects release of the decade.
InfoSol and SAP had planned some pretty amazing training and knowledge exchange for BusinessObjects and it’s new release at IBIS 2020 in June. Due to the pandemic, the decision was made to pivot to a live virtual event which has been both reimagined and enlarged to the SpeakBO Experience.
“Social Distancing will not keep the BusinessObjects community apart.”
We know how important IBIS is to the BusinessObjects community who consider it to be the most significant collaboration, training and knowledge exchange event of the year. So, the SpeakBO Experience will provide so much of the content you all love to devour at IBIS.
Much of the content and the audience for IBIS every year comes from the Let’s Speak BO Community which continues to build an amazing education resource for everything BusinessObjects. For the last 4 years, we have held bi-weekly BusinessObjects webinars which are often first presented at IBIS and cover the topics that are most important to you.
Instead of the together live in person IBIS “best of the best” content, we will now be together live online with “best of the best” delivered in the SpeakBO Experience.
Here’s what’s included in The SpeakBO Live Online Experience:
